Longford Planning: Plans lodged for significant  thirty home development

County Council planners have received a planning application for a 30 house development at Aghadegnan, Longford.
The application by Faughnan Construction Ltd is for the proposed demolition of an existing house and the construction of a residential development.


That development is to consist of 30 houses, made up of 28 three-bedroom two-storey terraced type houses in seven blocks of four units, and two three-bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses. The planning application covers the provision of entrance, access road, green open space, boundary fences and walls, the proposed connections to the foul sewer, surface water and watermain networks as well as all ancillary site works.


The planning office has indicated that a decision should be reached by January 12, 2024. Established 36 years ago, Faughnan Construction Ltd specialise in new builds and one-off houses around the Midlands region.
