Plans for eight new homes in north Longford town

Longford County Council will decide by August 29 next whether the construction of eight new homes can proceed at Tromra Road, Granard, Co. Longford, N39 AX01.


Bernard Farrell has applied for permission to demolish four existing disused dwellings and to erect eight fully serviced single storey semi-detached houses.


Also included in the plans are to form a new service road, connections to existing services and all associated works.


Interested parties can make submissions on the proposed development to the Longford County Council planning department by August 8 next.
