Calls for Longford County Council to extend Lisryan footpath

Longford County Council is to be lobbied over calls for a footpath extension on the outskirts of Edgeworthstown.

Fine Gael Cllr Micheál Carrigy wants the local authority to extend a footpath at Lisryan on a road leading to Edgeworthstown.
Cllr Carrigy is expected to raise the matter at next week's Granard Municipal District meeting.
