The monthly meeting of the County Board takes place in Aras Ui Bhriain, Pearse Park on Monday night next, March 14th, starting at 8.30pm. Longford GAA Race Day Launch on Friday night

The launch of the 2011 Longford GAA Race Day takes place in the Longford Arms Hotel this Friday night, March 11th, starting at 7.45pm sharp. A Cheltenham preview is part of the programme and free bets are on offer for the four big races at the Festival along with a free flutter on the 2011 All-Ireland Championship for the lucky people in attendance at the launch to announce details of the annual Longford GAA Race Day in Punchestown on Wednesday May 4th. All are welcome.
