With Clonguish clubman James Clarke stepping down after completing the maximum five year term in the same position, a new Central Council Delegate will be elected at the annual Longford GAA Convention.
Former County Board officers Gerry Hagan (Killoe Emmet Og) and Eamon Reilly (Forgney St Munis) are the candidates in the contest for the post at Fr Michael Campbell Parish Centre in Abbeylara on Thursday 11 December, 7.30pm start.
