Longford Slashers, Killoe and Dromard ladies all away in the Leinster Club Championship

LGFA: Senior, Intermediate & Junior games this weekend

Leinster Club action begins for the Longford ladies football champions this weekend and the stand out match is the meeting of the seven-in-a-row Slashers side against the reigning Leinster title holders Kilmacud Crokes on Sunday, throw-in 2pm. 

Kilmacud will have home advantage in the preliminary round clash while also facing Dublin opposition are Dromard who take on Raheny in the Leinster Junior Club quarter-final in DCU on Saturday, 2pm. 

The Killoe girls are also on the road as they head for Greystones for the Leinster Intermediate Club quarter-final against the Wicklow champions Eire Og on Saturday, 2pm.

AIB Intermediate Club Championship Quarter-Final

Éire Óg Greystones (Wicklow) v Killoe, Éire Óg GAA Grounds, 2pm, Mill Road, A63 AW93 

AIB Junior Club Championship Quarter-Final

Raheny (Dublin) v Dromard, DCU St. Clares, 2pm

Sunday 19 October

AIB Leinster LGFA Senior Club Championship Preliminary Round

Kilmacud Crokes (Dublin) v Longford Slashers, Páirc de Búrca, Kilmacud, 2pm
