Ardagh’s Brian Farrell, the new manager of the Longford ladies football squad

Long serving Ardagh footballer Brian Farrell is the new Longford ladies manager and preparations for the new season have started with renewed hope of better things to come in 2025.

With Pat Tiernan (Grattans) stepping down, Farrell is now in charge of the senior ladies football squad who play their opening fixture in Division 4 of the National League at home to Derry on Sunday January 19.
