It is believed that a number of expressions of interest have been made in relation to the sale of Carrigglass Manor. The deadline for interested parties to make an offer for the 605 acre estate was Friday last, December 7th.
Dublin based auctioneers Lisney, who are handling the sale have declined to declare a guide price, but it is believed that the NAMA owned property could fetch up to e3 million.
When contacted by the Longford Leader, a spokesperson at Lisney Auctioneers commented: “Offers and expressions of interest have been received following the marketing of the estate and they are under consideration. We have no further comment to make at this time.”
