Plots of land throughout the north Longford region have been attracting interest in recent weeks.
An area of 13 acres at Cleenrah near Aughnacliffe, in particular, has garnered considerable attention from bidders. The land is of good quality and has road frontage, while it is also well-fenced and has a river water supply. A separate 5.5-acre field with road frontage in the nearby townland of Rathmore has also been the subject of much interest.
Both areas of land are being offered for sale through JJ Flood & Sons of Granard, who can be contacted on 043 6686060 or email@example.com.
JJ Flood & Sons are also handling the sale of 32 acres at Correally, Lismacaffrey in Co Westmeath. The land may be purchased as a whole, or it may be broken into four separate lots of 10.5 acres, 3.6 acres, 10 acres and 8.13 acres. The land is located in a desirable location and all divisions feature road frontage.
Meanwhile, a 24-acre non-residential farm at Lisnagrish near Edgeworthstown is being put up for auction through Murtagh Brothers of Mullingar. The auction will take place at the Longford Arms Hotel on Friday, July 12 at 3pm.
