Longford Leader Farming: EU Directive on tackling unfair trading practices

The Directive was voted through committee stage this week and will go to plenary in March. The MEP has written to the Ministers for Agriculture & Food and Business, Michael Creed and Heather Humphreys, urging them to see if an independent regulator needs to be established to implement the directive, as suggested by the CCPC.
