Eugene Cosgrove (McClusker), Bawn, Drumlish, Longford
The death occurred on Monday, February 18 of Eugene Cosgrove (McClusker), Bawn, Drumlish, Longford. Predeceased by his wife Philomena and his daughter Ann. Peacefully at home in the care of his family.
Eugene will be sadly missed by his sons Pat (Strokestown) and John, daughters-in-law Helen and Jean, son-in-law Michael, grandchildren Ciaran, Colleen and Rhia- Mai, sister Eileen Gillen (Corlea),nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. The family is a circle of love, not broken by a loss, but made stronger by the memories. May he rest in peace.
Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church Street, Longford, on Tuesday, February 19, from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass at 11am on Wednesday February 20 in St Mary's Church, Ennybegs, Killoe, followed with burial in Newtownforbes Cemetery. House private on Tuesday please. Please note: Parking for Connell's Funeral Home is in Connolly Barracks.

Kathleen Byrne (née Macken), Abbeylands, Ballynacargy, Westmeath
The death occurred on Monday, February 18 of Kathleen Byrne (nee Macken), peacefully at her sons residence.
Predeceased by her husband Charlie, grandchildren, Clíodhna and Jude. Sadly missed by her loving family, Mary, Patricia, Aidan and Jacinta, her brother Peter, grandchildren Patrick, Conor and Darragh, sons-in-law Brian, John and Séan, daughter-in-law Imelda, sisters-in-law Kathleen and Nora, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her son's residence at Agharra, Carrickboy, Co. Longford from 4pm to 7.30pm on Tuesday, February 19 with removal to the Church of the Nativity, Ballynacargy to arrive at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, February 20 at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Sonna Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimers Society.

Bridie Gately (née Cusack), Curraghboy, Athlone, Athlone, Roscommon


The death occurred on Saturday, February 16 of Bridie Gately (nee Cusack), Castletown, Curraghboy, Athlone, Co Roscommon, peacefully, at her residence in her 91st year surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving husband John James. Deeply regretted by her family Sean (England), Marion Banks (England), Kathleen Meyer (England), Liam (Galway), Teresa Coyne (Dysart), Padraig (Dublin), Micheal (Dublin), Breda Walsh (Rathowen), Diarmuid (Home), Eithne Hassett (Limerick), Brian (England), Deirdre O'Halloran (Clare), Ronan (Athlone), Maeve McKay (Athlone), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and a large circle of friends. Rest in Peace.
Removal from her residence on Tuesday morning February 19 to arrive for 11am Funeral Mass in St Brigid's Church Curraghboy. Burial afterwards in Cam Cemetery.
House private on Tuesday morning, please.
