The death occurred, unexpectedly, in the excellent care of the staff at the Regional Hospital, Mullingar, on Friday, February 1 of PJ McDonnell, Mornine, Moydow, Longford. Sadly missed by his loving parents Brigid and Larry, his loving brothers Paul, Barry and Mark and his sister Edel, sisters-in-law Lisa, Julie and Aodhnait and brother-in-law Jose, nephews Jack, Shane, Dara, Killian and Rian, aunts and uncles Lilly Boyce, Packie Kenny, John and Mairead, cousins Lorraine and Catherine, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his home in Mornine on Sunday, February 3 from 2pm onwards. Removal on Monday, February 4 to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Carrickedmond, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Christopher's Services, Longford, care of Paschal Lyons, Funeral Director, Ardagh, or any family member. Family time on Monday morning please.
Paul Ireland, Gowlan, Killashee, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully, at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar on Friday, February 1 of Paul Ireland, Gowlan, Killashee, Longford.
Predeceased by his parents Kevin and Bernadette and by his sister Susan. Paul will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, sisters Freda, Brigid and Josie, brothers Mel, Blaise, Kevin, James, Paddy and Ciarán, uncle Ciarán, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford on Saturday, February 2 from 3.30pm until 5.30pm with prayers at 4.30pm. Removal to arrive at St. Mel’s Cathedral at 6pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday, February 3 at 1pm, interment afterwards in Ballymacormack Cemetery. Home with the Angels. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St Christopher’s Services, Longford c/o Glennon Funeral Directors or any family member.
Ellen Lloyd (née Powell), formerly London and No 6 Leo Casey Terrace, Ballymahon, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully, in Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, Ballymahon on Thursday, January 31 of Ellen Lloyd (nee Powell), formerly London and no 6 Leo Casey Terrace, Ballymahon , Longford.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband Pat and her very large family, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Thomond Lodge Nursing Home this Saturday evening February 2 from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday, February 3 in St Matthew's Church, Ballymahon at 11.30am followed by burial in Forgney Cemetery.

The death occurred, peacefully, in the loving care of doctors, nurses and staff at ICU Mullingar Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, January 30 of Marie Brady (née Reilly), Cartron, Drumlish, Longford. Sadly missed by her family sons Jody, Hughie, daughters Frances, Marie, Bridget, Pauline, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister Elizabeth (Lizzie) Fox, brother-in-law, nieces, relatives and good friends. Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 2 at 11am in St Mary's Church, Ennybegs followed by burial in Drumlish New Cemetery.

Removal to St Patrick's Church, Gowel on Monday morning, February 4 to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon with funeral afterwards to Kiltoghert Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if so desired, to Irish Motor Neuron Association (imnda.ie). House private outside of reposing times and private on Monday morning please.

The death occurred, peacefully, in her 90th year, in the loving care of the Matron and staff of St Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, on Tuesday, January 29 of Margaret Ann ‘Peggy’ Carlson (née Forde), Clonlost, Killucan, Westmeath. Predeceased by her husband Fred, sister Anne, brothers Brendan and Kevin. Deeply regretted by her brothers Finian and Matthew, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May Peggy Rest in Peace.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 2 at 10am in St Joseph’s Church, Turin, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
