Patrick ‘Pat’ Dooner, Calverstown, Kilcullen, Kildare / Naas, Kildare / Killashee, Longford
The death occurred on Tuesday, November 20 of Patrick Dooner, retired Garda (Naas, Kildare and Ballitore) and formerly of Killashee, Co Longford. Taken suddenly from the arms of his loving wife Ann (nee Danaher) and his very proud and wonderful children Aoife and Patrick Junior. Predeceased by his loving parents Anthony, Mary (nee Kelly) Dooner and his sister Lucy, all late of Killashee, Co Longford. Very deeply regretted by Aoife’s partner Martin, his brothers Anthony, Gerry, Oliver, Mel and sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and all his many close friends.
Reposing at his residence at Buttercup Lodge, Calverstown from Thursday, November 22 at 10am. Removal on Friday morning November 23 at 10am to arrive at Crookstown Parish Church for 10.30am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards to Ballymore Cemetery, Co Westmeath to arrive at approximately 1pm.
Cyril Gavigan, Thurreen, Lanesboro, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully, at Costello's Nursing Home, following a long illness on Monday, November 19 of Cyril Gavigan, Lough Ree Park, Ballyleague and formerly of Thurreen, Lanesboro, Co Longford. Predeceased by his devoted parents Anne and Jimmy Gavigan and his nephew Kyle. Sadly missed by his loving family Annette, Geraldine, Tony, Garry, Bosco, Kevin, Noel, Maria, Eamon and Martina, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, uncle, aunts, relatives and friends.
Removal to St Mary's Church, Lanesboro on Thursday, November 22 for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Clonbonny Cemetery. May he rest in peace.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Galway Hospice Centre.
Hughie Lynch, Kilgolagh, Finea, Cavan / Westmeath
The recent death has occurred on Tuesday, November 13 of Hughie Lynch, Kilgolagh, Finea, Cavan died suddenly at his home in his 90th year husband of the late Margaret.
Loving father of Margaret, Roisin, Philip, Annmarie, and Hugh. Sadly missed by his children, grandchildren Killian, Caoimhe, Raymond, Sinead, Lily, Amy, Niamh, Niall, Arran, Katie, Ava, and Devin, brother Pat, sisters Joan and Pauline, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at his home until removal on Thursday, evening November 22 arriving St. Mary's Church, Carrick at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, November 23 at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. House private please.

The death occurred, suddenly at her home, on Tuesday, November 20 of Eileen Clancy (nee McLoughlin), Rathaspic, Rathowen, Westmeath.
Deeply regretted by her husband Stephen, son Andy, daughter Catriona (O'Connor) niece Carmel Kennedy, grandchildren William, Maria, Brianna and Stephen, son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Leah, sisters Tess Murray and Una McLoughlin, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May She rest in peace.
Reposing at her son Andy's residence on Thursday, November 22 from 3pm until 9pm. Removal on Friday morning November 23 to St Mary's Church, Rathowen to arrive for 12 noon. Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in Rathaspic Cemetery.
James Sheehan, Clooncolry, Dromod, Leitrim
The death occurred, suddenly, at his home in his 93rd year, on Monday, November 19 of James ‘Jimmy’ Sheehan, Clooncolry, Dromod, Co Leitrim. Beloved husband of Ettie and dear father of Orla Lavin (TIbohine), Audrey Byrne (Dublin) and Bernadette Knowles (Dublin), sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews relatives, neighbours and friends. May he Rest in Peace.
Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 22 at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Cloonturk followed by burial in Cloonmorris Cemetery.
House private outside reposing times please. Due to the death of Jimmy, Shannonside Savouries, Dromod will remain closed until Monday, November 26.
