Peter O'Donnell, Mobhi Road, Glasnevin, Dublin / Knockloughlin, Longford
The death occurred on Saturday, March 3 of Peter O'Donnell, Mobhi Road, Glasnevin and formerly of Knockloughlin, Longford, suddenly. Predeceased by his father Peadar and his mother Patricia. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family Jean (Uí Fhátharta, Galway) and Bernadine (McGrath, Newtownforbes), brothers Colm (Killoe) and Gerry (Barna), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford on Wednesday, March 7 from 5pm until 7pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Thursday, March 8 to arrive at St Oliver's Church, Cullyfad for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Eileen Farrell (née Cassidy), Park Road, Longford Town, Longford
The death occurred on Sunday, March 4 of Eileen Farrell (nee Cassidy), Park Road, Longford, peacefully at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar.
Predeceased by her husband Harry, deeply regretted by her loving sons Eamon, Kevin and Noel, daughter Mary, sisters Fran Cribben and Mary Flood, grandchildren Aaron, Devon and Giselle, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.Rest in peace.
Reposing at St Joseph’s Hospital Chapel, Dublin Road, Longford on Wednesday evening March 7 from 5.30pm, with prayers at 7pm leaving at 7.30pm to St Mel’s Cathedral, Longford arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, March 8 at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballymacormack Cemetery. House Private Please.

The death occurred on Saturday, March 3 of Mary Ann McNerney, Camagh, Abbeylara, Longford.

Anne Bernadette (Nancy) Whelan (née Cotter), Gorey, Wexford / Longford / Dublin
The death occurred on Monday, March 5 of Anne Bernadette (Nancy) Whelan (nee Cotter), Gorey, Co Wexford and late of Co Longford, peacefully in the tender care of the staff at Kiltipper Woods Care Centre.
Beloved wife of the late Jack and dear mother of Paul, Mark, Barry, Kevin, Rory and Leo; she will be sadly missed by her loving sons, her brothers Richard (late), Robert, Nicholas, Maurice and sisters Breda, Maura (late), Siobhan, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, extended family and friends. Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Kiltipper Woods Care Centre (Wednesday March 7) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral on Thursday morning March 8 to St Pius Church, Templeogue arriving for 10.00am Mass and afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Seamus Keenan, Booterstown, Dublin / Moydow, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully, on Sunday, March 4 of Seamus Keenan, Booterstown, Dublin and Moydow, Longford. Beloved husband of Brenda and much loved dad of Paul, Carmel, Fiona, Donal, Orla and Declan. Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving wife Brenda, sons and daughters, his daughters-in-law Avril and Barbara, his sons-in-law Pat, Keith and Mike, grandchildren Naomi, Robert, Hugo, Andrew, Conor, Tuyen, Mark, Anna, Louis, Zara, Cai and Magnus, and his many relatives and friends.
Removal on Tuesday evening, March 6 to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue arriving at 5.30pm. A Mass celebrating Seamus’s life will take place on Wednesday morning, March 7 at 10am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Focus Ireland.

Betty Conway (née Connolly), Annaly Park, Longford Town, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully at home, on Saturday, March 3 of Betty Conway (nee Connolly) Annaly Park, Longford. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Jimmy, sons Darren, Damien and James, brothers, grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace.

Lily O'Riordan (née Reynolds), Templeogue, Dublin / Gortletteragh, Leitrim
The death  occurred on Monday, March 5 of Lily O'Riordan (née Reynolds), Templeogue, D6W and late of Gortletteragh, Co Leitrim, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Sallypark Nursing Home.
Beloved wife of the late Tommy, cherished mother of Kathleen, Seán, Éamonn, Máire, Úna, Siobhán, Gráinne, Rory, Tomás,Niall and Orla. Lily will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Maura, extended family, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her home on Tuesday evening March 6, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning March 7 to St. Pius X Church, College Drive, Templeogue, arriving for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery. The death occurred on Sunday, March 4 of Luke Kiernan, Boherquill, Lismacaffrey, Westmeath, peacefully at his home.
Predeceased by his sister Madge. Sadly missed by his loving wife Ann, children Susan, Michael, Helena and John, his adored grandchildren Dylan, Luke, Eimear, Niamh and Aidan, his sisters Helen, Bridgie, Mary and Margaret, Luke Smyth, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours. Catherine (Ena) Kelly (née Ginnell), Navan Road, Dublin / Finea, Westmeath
The death occurred on Sunday, March 4 of Catherine (Ena) Kelly (née Ginnell), Marymount Care Centre, Westmanstown and formerly of Glenarriff Road, Navan Road, Dublin 7 and Castletown, Finea, Co. Westmeath, peacefully at the age of 96 and in the loving care of the staff at Marymount Care Centre.
Beloved wife of the late James and dear mother of Assumpta, Ena, May, James (Jim) and Declan. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law Bernie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.

The death occurred on Friday, March 2 of Matthew Murney, Costello’s Nursing Home, Ballyleague, Roscommon / Longford, formerly of Greenend Avenue, Johnstone, Scotland. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen and by his sisters Margaret, Mary and Helen. Matthew will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, sons Matt and Drew, daughters Kate (Saunders, Ballyleague), Alison (Donlon, Lanesboro), Sharon (Luckie, Tarmonbarry) and Pauline (Mitchell, Scramogue), brother Tommy, sisters Sadie and Kathy, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Removal on Friday, March 9 to arrive at The Church of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, Ballyleague, for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium Cavan at 2pm. The death occurred, peacefully at The General Hospital Cavan, on Saturday, March 3 of John Smith (The Grove), Cloncovid, Kilcogy, Cavan. The death occurred, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Cappagh Hospital with his wife Kay and family by his side, on Tuesday, February 27 of Stephen Faughnan, Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Dromod, Co Leitrim. Sadly missed by his wife, brother Thomas, sister Sarah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. RIP.

The death occurred, peacefully at Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, Ballymahon, on Tuesday, February 27 of Harry Moore, Bealnamulla, Athlone, Roscommon, late of South Africa and Greystones, Co Wicklow. Predeceased by his beloved wife Joan and recently his twin-sister Joan. Sadly missed by his loving daughter Cara, sons Michael and Conor, sisters Marie and Nan, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

The recent death has occurred on Thursday, March 1 of Mary O'Kelly (nee Shevlin), Galway Road, Roscommon town and formerly of Belmullet, Co Mayo (Peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Beloved mother of the late David (Ballygar) and devoted wife to the recently deceased James P. (Jimmy O’). She will be very sadly missed by her sons James (Jim) (Ballaghaderreen), Éamon (Longford), Bernard (Isle of Man) and Dermot (Galway), her sister Nancy, brothers P.J. and Thomas, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday, March 6 at 11.30am in the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.

The death occurred, peacefully at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, Essex following a short illness, on Monday, February 19 of Joan O’Connell (née Ellis) of Brentwood, Essex, and formerly of Mohill, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by her sister, Eithne, and brother Gerard. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, her sisters Maureen and Carmel, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
