The death occurred, peacefully at home, on Saturday, March 3 of Betty Conway (nee Connolly) Annaly Park, Longford. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Jimmy, sons Darren, Damien and James, brothers, grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends. Rest In Peace.
Reposing at St Joseph’s Hospital Chapel, Dublin Road, Longford on Monday, March 5 from 6pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning, March 6 to St Mel’s Cathedral, Longford for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballymacormack Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Palliative Care, Longford c/o Kelly’s Funeral Directors. House strictly private please.

John Joe (Val) Gouldsbury, Park Villas, Longford Town, Longford
The death occurred on Saturday, March 3 of John Joe (Val) Gouldsbury, Park Villas, Longford Town, Longford, formerly of Killashee and London. Predeceased by his parents William and Margaret and by his brother Adrian. Sadly missed by his brother Lionel, relatives and friends.
Resting at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road on Sunday, March 4 from 6pm until 8pm. Removal on Monday, March 5 to arrive at St Paul’s Church, Killashee for Funeral Service at 2pm Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

The death occurred on Wednesday, February 28 of Breda Moughty (nee Buckley), Lisnaskey, Ballymahon, Longford, peacefully in Mullingar Hospital.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband John, son J.J, daughters, Heidi, Simone and Barbara, her grandchild Heidi, James and Deirdre, brother and sisters, brother-in-law, nieces nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace.
Funeral Mass on Sunday, March 4 at 11.30am in St Matthew's Church, Ballymahon, followed by burial in Kilcommock Cemetery.

Matthew Murney, Costello’s Nursing Home, Ballyleague, Roscommon / Longford
The death occurred on Friday, March 2 of Matthew Murney, Costello’s Nursing Home, Ballyleague, Roscommon / Longford, formerly of Greenend Avenue, Johnstone, Scotland. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen and by his sisters Margaret, Mary, Helen and Kathy.
Matthew will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, sons Matt and Drew, daughters Kate (Saunders, Ballyleague), Alison (Donlon, Lanesboro ), Sharon (Luckie, Tarmonbarry) and Pauline (Mitchell, Scramogue), brother Tommy, sister Sadie, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his sister Mary. John (Johnnie) will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving brother-in-law Francie McGrath, Newtownforbes, nieces Orla and Deirdre, nephews Colm, Ciaran and John, extended family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial in the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Arigna on Sunday afternoon, March 4 at 2pm. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Please note there will be no 10.30am Mass in Arigna on Sunday morning.

The death occurred, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Cappagh Hospital with his wife Kay and family by his side, on Tuesday, February 27 of Stephen Faughnan, Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Dromod, Co Leitrim. Sadly missed by his wife, brother Thomas, sister Sarah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. RIP.
Removal from Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Monday, March 5 to the Church of St Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge, arriving at 5pm. Funeral on Tuesday, March 6 after 11am Requiem Mass to Esker Cemetery, Lucan.

The death occurred, peacefully at Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, Ballymahon, on Tuesday, February 27 of Harry Moore, Bealnamulla, Athlone, Roscommon, late of South Africa and Greystones, Co Wicklow. Predeceased by his beloved wife Joan and recently his twin-sister Joan. Sadly missed by his loving daughter Cara, sons Michael and Conor, sisters Marie and Nan, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace. Funeral to take place in Belfast next week.

The recent death has occurred on Thursday, March 1 of Mary O'Kelly (nee Shevlin), Galway Road, Roscommon town and formerly of Belmullet, Co Mayo (Peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Beloved mother of the late David (Ballygar) and devoted wife to the recently deceased James P. (Jimmy O’). She will be very sadly missed by her sons James (Jim) (Ballaghaderreen), Éamon (Longford), Bernard (Isle of Man) and Dermot (Galway), her sister Nancy, brothers P.J. and Thomas, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Monday evening, March 5 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm followed by Removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday, March 6 at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.

The death occurred, peacefully at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, Essex following a short illness, on Monday, February 19 of Joan O’Connell (née Ellis) of Brentwood, Essex, and formerly of Mohill, Co Leitrim.
