The death occurred on Sunday, February 4 of Muriel Moorhead (née Clendenning), Moorfield House, Lismoy Lower, Longford. Beloved wife of the late Henry and dear mother of Gillian (Campbell), Alfred, Raymond and Diane (Daly). Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Millie, brother Sam, sisters in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Resting at her residence from 1pm on Monday, February 5. Removal on Tuesday, February 6 to arrive at St.Paul’s Church, Newtownforbes for Funeral Service at 2pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. No flowers please. ‘Safe in the arms of Jesus’.
John ‘Johnny’ O'Hara, Muckerstaff, Granard, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully, in Mullingar Regional Hospital surrounded by his family, on Friday, February 2 of John ‘Johnny’ O'Hara, Muckerstaff, Granard, Longford. Sadly missed by his loving wife Anne, daughter Mairéad, sons John, Brian, Philip, Colm and Enda, sisters Anna May (Tynan), Catherine (Flemming), grandchildren, daughters in law Johanna, Lorraine, Carrie, Aisling and Eimear, brothers in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May he Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his home on Sunday, February 4 from 2pm to 4pm with removal to St Mary’s Church, Granard arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 5 at 11am followed by burial in Granardkille Cemetery. Family flowers only. House private at all other times, please.

The death occurred, peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, on Thursday, February 1 of James ‘Jim’ Greene, Kinnitty, Co Offaly & late of Lucan, Dublin and Edgeworthstown, Co Longford. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Paddy (Edgeworthstown) & Liam (Derry), sister-in-law Nora, brother-in-law Tom Ryan, nephews, nieces, relatives & a large circle of friends.
Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster Street, Maynooth, on Sunday, February 4 from 4-7pm. Removal on Monday, February 5 at 10am to arrive at St Flannan's Church, Kinnitty, Co Offaly for 12 noon funeral Mass, followed by burial in St Flannan's Cemetery, Kinnitty.
Teresa Moran (née Leogue), Church View, Aughavas, Leitrim / Mohill, Leitrim
The death occurred on Thursday, February 1 of Teresa Moran née Leogue, Church View, Aughavas, Co Leitrim and formerly of Station Road, Mohill, Principal of Fatima National School, Cloone, peacefully at Beaumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents Joe and Maura and her brothers; Fr John and Joseph. Deeply mourned by her loving husband; John, her sons; Brian, Michael and Kevin, her brothers; Pat (Fermoy, Cork), Michael (Little Island, Cork) her sister; Mary (Sligo), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, uncle, aunt, grand-nephews, grand-niece, cousins and a wide circle of relatives, neighbours, pupils, colleagues and friends. Removal from her home on Sunday, February 4 to St Joseph's Church, Aughavas to arrive at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 5 at 12 noon followed by burial in Aughavas New Cemetery. Reposing at the home of his daughter Mary Gordon, Mullinaskeagh, Dromahair on Monday, February 5 from 3pm to 9pm. House private thereafter. Removal on Tuesday, February 6 to St Patrick's Church, Dromahair for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards it Creevelea Abbey. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Cardiac Unit, Sligo University Hospital.
Maura Foy (née Mulligan), Treanmore, Mohill, Leitrim
The death occurred, peacefully in the loving care of her family and staff at Lough Errill Private Nursing Home, on Sunday, February 4 of Maura Foy (née Mulligan), Treanmore, Mohill, Leitrim. Predeceased by her husband Jim, grandson Niall, brother John and sister Eileen. Sadly missed by her sons Michael, Seamus, Mel, Brendan, Desmond and Gerard, daughters Margaret (Geoghegan), Noleen (Mulvey), Veronica (Dorr), Deirdre (Crowe) and Martina (Reid), daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law Rose, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at her residence from 6pm to 10pm on Sunday, February 4 and from 12 noon to 4pm on Monday, February 5. House strictly private thereafter until removal to St Patrick's Church, Mohill, to arrive at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning, February 6 at 11am with burial afterwards at adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please.
