How Longford members can register for North Midlands Credit Union annual general meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of North Midlands Credit Union Ltd. will be held online by video conference on Wednesday, December 13 at 7pm. This is to enable as many members as possible to attend.

The online AGM will be hosted on the “Zoom” video conferencing platform (www.zoom.us). Please visit https://www.northmidlandscu.ie/membership/general-meetings/ and complete the form to register for participation (your account number, account name, date of birth and a valid personal email address will be required for reference and validation purposes).

Registration for participation will close on Sunday, December 10 at 5pm.

Following registration, we will contact you by email with further details of how to participate in the AGM. We may also contact you if we need to validate your membership details. Your AGM registration email will contain detailed instructions on joining the meeting and the protocols to be followed during the course of the meeting.

We advise you to familiarise yourself with the “Zoom” platform in advance of participating in the AGM – download the application to your laptop, tablet, smartphone or other device you intend to use.

Members who attend the AGM will be able to submit questions during the meeting, via the “Q&A” function on Zoom. Members will also have the opportunity to vote on key decisions about the running of the credit union, including the election of officers and any resolutions to be considered at the AGM. These votes will take place anonymously via the “Poll” function on Zoom.
