A well-known hospitality premises in Ballinamuck has come to the market.

Dillon’s Bar and Bistro, located in the centre of the historic village, is a seven-day licensed premises with a restaurant, beer garden and guest house accommodation, which includes 10 guest bedrooms.

Padraic Davis, the agent handling the listing, says the property is a “fantastic opportunity for restaurateurs or investors looking to acquire a fully functional hospitality space.”

Earlier this year, the business was granted planning permission for a new tourism development at the premises including the construction of six glamping pods and a designated areas for camper vans and caravans.
