The Attic House is delighted to announce that 'Antiques, Antiques, Antiques' will be taking over the Temperance Hall on November 6, so it's time to dust off your old items in the Attic or under the stairs as they might be worth a lot more than you think!

Come along to this unique event which takes place from 1 - 5pm. We really hope to see you there for what is assured to be an enjoyable day.

The first year Attic committee meets weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. There is still space for new members, and you can apply at reception.

The committee is currently preparing for a Christmas project.

The third year committee gathers on Wednesdays from 6pm - 7pm. There is  still space for new members, and you can apply at reception.

The comittee is currently approaching local businesses for sponsorship to produce an Attic calendar/planner to support and promote  local businesses, while raising much-needed funds to sustain activities for Attic youth clubs.

The senior committee meets on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6.30pm. Members are currently preparing to run the inter-school sixth class Monster Quiz which will be held on November 14 from 7:30pm - 9:30pm in the Temperance Hall.

This group is also looking forward to attending this year's Foróige Ball, being held in the Cavan Crystal Hotel on November 25.

All secondary school students are welcome to attend. Refreshments and live entertainment will be provided on the evening.

There are still spaces left in this group for young people interested in music and performance. Enquiries to the Attic House, Ballinalee Road, Longford.
