Longford Rose excited for Rose festival

Longford Rose, Aisling Farrell is looking forward to representing her home county at the Rose of Tralee International Festival, which runs from Wednesday, August 14 to Tuesday, August 20.

Longford Rose, Aisling Farrell is looking forward to representing her home county at the Rose of Tralee International Festival, which runs from Wednesday, August 14 to Tuesday, August 20.

The Tang native says: “I’m delighted and extremely proud to be the Longford Rose for 2013 and to have the opportunity to represent my home county on an international stage this summer. I could not have anticipated the tremendous support from local enterprises and the phenomenal response and well-wishes from my local and surrounding communities. I am very excited and this is without a doubt the most incredible experience of my life.”
