Sheerin family back at Cooney’s

After the huge success of their first year as a new band playing to a packed house in Cooney’s Hotel, Ballymahon the Sheerin family and Ireland’s alleged only seven piece family country band, have decided to continue with their regular gig every month.

After the huge success of their first year as a new band playing to a packed house in Cooney’s Hotel, Ballymahon the Sheerin family and Ireland’s alleged only seven piece family country band, have decided to continue with their regular gig every month.

On Monday June 10, the band will once again take to the stage at the popular south Longford venue.

The show starts at 10pm and admission is free.

The band consists of 7 family members out of a total of 11 and they include: Paul on steel guitar, 
Dessie on bass, Danny on vocals and acoustic guitar, Kieran on piano, Tom on fiddle, Simon on drums and Carmel on vocals and acoustic guitar.
