Lisa McHugh makes a welcome return to the Landmark Hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon this Sunday, April 28 after recently releasing her latest album, ‘Dreams Come to Life’.

2013 is turning out to be a busy year for Lisa. In addition to releasing her album and touring, she was invited to mentor Grainne Gavigan on the latest series of Glór Tíre on TG4, with Grainne making it all the way to the live final last week. She also picked up the ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ award at the second annual Irish Country Sound Entertainment Awards Show at the Hodson Bay in Athlone. It’s the latest in a long list of accolades the country star has received to date. And she also had cause to celebrate recently when the YouTube video for her album’s lead single, ‘Why’d Ya Come in Here’, clocked up more than 125,000 views.

Lisa has just returned from a successful week-long series of performances on an All-Star Irish Caribbean cruise, where she took to the stage alongside Daniel O’Donnell and many other leading Irish acts. Her duet single with Daniel, ‘I’ll be Home With Bells On’, has also enjoyed great success, being one of the most requested tracks on national and local radio.
