A new waxwork figure of Taylor Swift has been unveiled at the National Waxwork Museum in Dublin on Thursday.
The figure however, which was inspired by the global pop sensation's record-breaking Era's Tour, received mix reviews on social media leaving fans divided.

Dressed in a glittering bodysuit, a long blonde wig (made from real human hair), knee-high boots and holding a pink guitar. The figure aims to capture Swift mid-performance, but within minutes of its unveiling, reactions began pouring in online.
One user joked: "I'm sorry but who is that supposed to be? While another compared the figure to "one of a Jedward in a wig."
Others didn't hold back either, with comments including,
"That's not Taylor Swift, that's Taylor Wish," along with, "April's Fool's was yesterday lads..."
However, some fans praised the waxwork for it's styling, pointing out that the outfit and stage details were "spot-on," while others said the figure "does look like her, just not from every angle".
The new addition to the museum took nine months to make and was a joint project between the museum and a UK based artist.
Claire Dunning, who runs the museum, said the figure, which is anatomically correct and matches the Shake it Off singers 5'11 frame, cost the business a whopping €40,000.

The museum came under fire back in 2024 after they unveiled a waxwork figure of the Sinéad O Conner, which was subsequently removed following complaints from fans and the late singer's family.
Following the unveiling, O'Conner's brother contacted RTÉ's Liveline slammed the figure calling it "hideous" and a mix between "a mannequin and something out of the Thunderbirds."
Speaking to The Journal, Claire Dunning said a new figure of the Mandinka singer is set to return to the museum soon, adding, "poor Sinéad is getting a face lift".
