Irish models speak out as they are forced to flee LA homes amid wildfires

'I don’t know how to process this'
Two Irish models have been forced to flee their homes in Los Angeles, California as the city faces devastating wildfires.
Kildare's Tiffany Stanley and Kerrie McMahon took to social media to update loved ones and their followers of their safety.
Sharing to Instagram, Tiffany said: “I can’t believe we are saying this but we are preparing to evacuate.
“Runyon Canyon is just a stones’ throw from our house. It has just gone up in flames out of the blue.
"I don’t know how to process this. I hope they can contain it so we don’t have to leave. It is so f**ked up. We’re going to pack up now.”
Dublin model Kerrie McMahon was also forced to leave her home with her three-year-old daughter Isabel Grace.
In a series of Instagram stories she said: “Safely made it to the hotel after the most frightening day. We got notified to evacuate right away at 6pm so had to scramble to get out in the dark. Everyone was fleeing in their cars. Praying for everyone affected in LA.”
