Longford Masters GAA fundraiser

The annual Longford Masters GAA fundraising event takes place on Friday September 7th in the form of a football match between Longford North and Longford South.

The game takes place in Pearse Park, and throw in is at 7pm. Longford North will be managed by Gerry Belton, Eddie Kenny, Pat Masterson and Liam Tierney, while Longford South will be overseen by James Breslin, Terry McCormack, Kevin Durkin and Gerry Fox.

There will be a cabaret afterwards in Fox’s Bar, Richmond Street, Longford. Kicking off at 9.30pm, artists include Pascal, Davy & Liz, Seamus Farrell, Sean Hussey, Padraig Farrell, Mary O’Connor and many more. Tickets cost €5, and proceeds are in aid of Longford Hospice Homecare and St. Christopher’s Longford.
