Senior ‘B’ Football Championship Final

Dromard . . . . . . 3–7 Mostrim . . . . . . 1–9

After already winning the Reserve League Division 1 title this season, Dromard achieved another success when they got the better of Mostrim in the Senior ‘B’ Football Championship Final at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park on Wednesday evening.

Goals at crucial stages of the game, particularly the gift that Donal Sheridan gratefully accepted just before the break, clinched the latest triumph for the north Longford club and particularly impressive was lethal corner-forward Gary Maguire who scored a total of 2-4.
