Dromard scored a convincing four point victory over Mostrim in the Senior Football Championship Round 1 game at the Slashers grounds on Sunday last.

The triumph, much of which came courtesy of the boot of star attacker Francis McGee who scored eight points, was made all the more impressive given that the 2007 title winners were forced to play much of the game with 14 men after Paul McGee was sent-off with 15 minutes gone.
