Longford Town striker David O’Sullivan, the top scorer in the Airtricity League First Division this season with 21 goals to his credit, has been nominated for the 2013 Professional Footballers’ Association of Ireland’s First Division Player of the Year Award along with Athlone Town duo Philip Gorman and Aidan Collins.

Longford Town striker David O’Sullivan, the top scorer in the Airtricity League First Division this season with 21 goals to his credit, has been nominated for the 2013 Professional Footballers’ Association of Ireland’s First Division Player of the Year Award along with Athlone Town duo Philip Gorman and Aidan Collins.

O’Sullivan is also selected on the First Division Team of the Year along with Longford Town defender Noel Haverty, with five players from Athlone Town, three from Mervue United and Waterford United’s Gavin Kavanagh.

The 2013 PFAI First Division Team of the Year is as follows:
