SIGN OF THE TIMES

It is surely a sign of the times when so many supporters have become grandfathers and grandmothers (some not for the first time) over the festive period. It’s surely time for plenty of new blood. But well done to all of you, too numerous to mention.

GOING FOR GOAL

Among the numerous rumours doing the rounds, word has it that a new striker has been signed. Well more on that when the season kicks-off. In the meantime, it was great to see so many from De Town support the Christmas Day GOAL Mile. Spotted were former Town legend Sean Prunty, back from London, while Alan Kirby was also there with a baby along with Michael Lee, the baby of the group looking fit and eager. It was lovely to see Roger and Emily Turner there as well as the entire Johnny Nevin clan as well as old faithful Liam Healion and Alan Madden with the Muldowney family. Dublin based John Hynes was also there, so a very impressive Town showing.

LATERS

We will have our annual meeting early in the New Year to get the ball rolling once again, in anticipation of a new and exciting season ahead.
