The Aftermath competing for place in Trafalgar Square festival

Drumlish band, The Aftermath, are desperately seeking as many Longford votes as possible to secure their place in the St Patrick's Day Festival in historic Trafalgar Square on March 14.

Irish music magazine, Hot Press, has selected twenty Irish bands and are asking the public to vote for their favourite one to entertain the masses at Trafalgar Square. The winning act will not only achieve the dream of representing Ireland, but will also perform to an audience of 20,000 people.

Hot Press, in association with visitlondon.com, have chosen Northern Lingerie by The Aftermath as one of their 20 nominees. To vote for The Aftermath visit Hot Press online at www.hotpress.com and scroll down the page to the large advert saying 'Vote for your favourite band to play the St. Patrick's Day Festival in London'.

The winning band will also receive a €500 cash prize and on March 14 will play alongside The Coronas, Mundy, Kila, Foy Vance, Camillie O'Sullivan and many more. Voting closes March 7 so hurry and cast your vote for our Drumlish boys now!
