New podcast this Friday

This week will see the fourth edition of the Longford Leader Podcast, Leader Talk, recorded this week.

The podcast has proven to be very popular with our online readers at www.longfordleader.ie

The panel for this week's discussion has yet to be finalised, but those who take part will talk about the issues of the day.

Previous discussions have included St. Mel's Cathedral, the N5 bypass, Head Shops, incineration of our waste, local tourism and the proposed new Town Centre development, which was given a complete podcast on its own right last week.

To hear any of the podcasts again, log on to the Longford Leader website - www.longfordleader.ie - and click on the Leader Talk link.

The podcast will be uploaded on Friday evening next, March 5.

As well as the interview with Bishop Colm O'Reilly, Fintan Duffy will also be talking to new Longford Town manager, Tony Cousins about the new season in the First Division.
