Four in a row celebrations
Clonguish are still the only Club in County Longford to have brought home the Sean Connolly Cup four years in a row by winning the Longford Senior Football Championship in 1962, 1963, 1964 and 1965. A major event to mark the 50th Anniversary of this remarkable achievement will be held in the P.J. Murphy Memorial Hall on Saturday, 7th November 2015. A full four course meal will be served and the event will be fully licensed. Music will be provided by Aftermath. As there is massive interest in the event and as capacity is limited it is important that you book your tickets immediately with Catherine Faughnan (087 9956496) or Donna Hagan (086 8855158). Tickets are keenly priced at €25 each.
