Congratulations to Dr Emily Hughes, daughter of Frank and Margaret, Farragh, Killoe who announced her engagement to Keith Stephens, son of Jim and Ann, Ahascragh, Co Galway.

The happy couple celebrated this special occasions joined by families and friends in the Olde Forge pub last weekend. The parish extend good wishes to Keith and Emily for a future of great health and happiness with success to Emily in her new position in the Regional Hospital Waterford.

Swim Lessons

Annagh outdoor Swim (IWSA graded & certified), starts Monday, July 20th and runs for 2 weeks up to Friday, July 31st with usual 2 sessions per day, start times 10am and 3pm. Instruction for all ages from 5 years up.

Strong swimmers over 10 years will do graded Safety & Rescue water techniques, Theory and practice in BLS, CPR, AED & first aid training. Children €30 each with family max limit €85. Adults 6 -7pm at €2 per/hr. More details from club Secretary, Lorraine 0877807651.

ICA craft fair

ICA craft fair on Saturday 25th July in Temperance Hall, starting at 10am. Ladies there will be lots of stalls on display and loads of things to buy eg crafts all sorts, homemade bread, cakes, buns, bric a brac etc. Something for everyone, ICA ladies will have all their work displayed on the stage. So come along and enjoy the day, there is also tea served.
