Come for a cuppa success The coffee morning which was organised by Andrea Donohoe which was held in the Kilbrackan Arms Hotel on Friday, 4 April 2014 in aid of Lauralynn Children’s Hospice was a huge success. The total amount raised from the coffee morning, personal donations and online donations was a fantastic €717. A huge thank you goes to all who donated and to those who made it to the coffee morning. Thank you to all the local businesses that kindly sponsored prizes for the raffle on the day. Also, a very special thank you goes to Donal Cadden of the Kilbrackan Arms Hotel who so kindly provided the location and the use of his facilities for the event. The half marathon that Andrea participated in was a great success and for those of you who are wondering she finished it in two hours and forty-eight minutes. It goes without saying that your support kept her going every step of the way. The event in aid of Lauralynn Children’s Hospice surpassed the target of half a million euro and counting. Sincerest thanks.
