Low Cost Counselling Service
“Life is not what it is supposed to be, it is what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference”. (Virginia Satir). Problems crop up in life that may leave people unable to manage. Trying to cope with this stress on our own can be tiresome. People often find that they just need someone to listen, without making judgments or giving advice. Many people have found counselling to be helpful and rewarding. At the Bridgeways Family Resource Centre in Ballymahon, the counsellor does not criticize or judge. The counsellor provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore , discover and clarify ways of living more agreeable. This is a Low Cost Counselling Service now available costing €10 per service. Take the first step by contacting Melissa on 085 1648632.
