Each week at the Vigil and 11am Masses there is a basket into which people are asked to donate an item of food (staple nutritional wholefood rather than processed food and ‘treats’ which contribute to toxicity and ill health). Some of the bread and wine were used in the celebration of Mass, the rest was distributed to needy people.
