Our next outing, a night at the dogs is being organised for Mullingar on Saturday, 25th of April. Those interested should give their names and deposits to Marian Shanley (087 2733986) or Teresa Slevin (087 6188795) as soon as possible.


Bingo continues in Cloone Community Centre every Wednesday night at 8.30pm. Tea/coffee will be served during the break.

Skills training

The Carers Association are providing QQI (Fetac) level care skills training in Ballinamore on the 02/04/2015. This is one of the mandatory modules towards the full healthcare award, patient moving and handling training also provided. This training will run one day a week for five weeks from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Altar Society

The Altar Society provide a valuable service in the cleaning of the Church. As a number of people have not been able to continue, we need new members. If you feel you could provide this service to the church, please contact Fr Peter Tiernan.

Stroll for stroke

Good Friday walk/run 5K or 10K on April 3, 2015 at 5pm. Registration is 10 euro per adult. (Kids go free) starting at Ballinamore Rehab Care Centre Golf Club Road, Ballinamore. Stroke awareness and fundraiser event. All proceeds go to stroke action, Irish Heart Foundation.
