Teresa was a hard worker all her life helping out on the family farm and rearing her family. She was of a very friendly disposition and had a friendly word for everyone. Like most people of her generation she had a very strong faith and attended to her religious duties without fail. She is survived by her sons Colm, Eamonn, Sean all in America and Hugh Óg in Kilgarve, daughters Mrs Maura Daly, Ballymahon, Mrs Dympna O’ Connell, Sligo, Mrs Angela Smith, Longford, grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many friends to all of whom we extend sincere sympathy.
