On Sunday last, 14th September the 10.30am Mass was held at St. Brigid’s clubhouse. Mass was celebrated by Fr. Nigel Charles and Fr. Jimmy McDonnell and was a celebration of our Parish, including the church, schools and all the clubs, groups and organisations in it. Many of the groups presented a symbol as Mass commenced and Siobhan Casey supplied the beautiful music. Children from Cloontagh, Killashee and Clondra did prayers of the faithful. After Mass everyone enjoyed a cup of tea and a chat. Thank you to all who worked so hard to ensure the success of this lovely community gathering.
