Top young golfer
Congratulations to Leon Fagan, Killeen who in recent times has proved to be a top golfer as he has won several big competitions. On Saturday, May 5th last, Leon was overall winner out of forty players from Granard and Colmcille in the Tom Walsh Memorial competition and on Saturday, June 28th, he beat off thirty players in the Connty Bridge Challenge. Leon is son of Colm and Valerie Fagan and he is only seventeen years old, so we have no doubt that he will be a name to watch out for in the very near future.
