The school reunion is a great opportunity to ask all who are coming to bring along any photos that you may have of your family, neighbours and friends even buildings. Kevin is hoping to collect as much memorabilia as possible so he can make a Geological map of our Parish Town land by Town land to show future generations of our parish where people once lived and how our parish has evolved over the years. If you feel you would like to write your memories of a dear friend or people who are no longer with us please feel free. So if you have any old letter, photos, bill heads, shop receipts or anything of nostalgia that you would like to donate or share with us please forward on to Kevin who will scan photos and hand back to you safe and sound, or you can email him on kbrady1964@gmail.com

Thanks

Vincent and I would like to thank the papers who put in our notes and all reporters we have dealt with over the years, also thank you to all who gave us notes and we ask you to continue to send in notes to Rathowen’s new reporter David, as “the local notes” in the district papers is very welcoming to all who read them, at home and abroad and is a very important service to our community. We wish David every success with his reporting and we official hand over the notes to David for next week.
