Loch Gowna

DEATH: Death of James (Sonny) Duffey. It was with regret that we learned of the death of Sonny Duffey Portanure Loch Gowna on Saturday 4th May at Cavan General Hospital. Sonny had spent the past few years of his life in Castle Manor Nursing Home Cavan. He was a very friendly and generous person who was held in high esteem by his neighbours and friends. His remains were removed from Castle Manor Nursing to the Church of Holy Family Loch Gowna on Sunday evening and following requiem Mass on Monday burial took place in the local cemetery. To his relatives neighbours and many friends we extend our deepest sympathy. May he rest in peace.
