Weigh the bull, no doubt again, will be a great draw to expert and amateur alike. Once again Noreen Diffley and Martin Downes have kindly agreed to let us use their fields. The format of for the day will build on lasts years but as before we’re still very interested to hear from any individuals, groups or organisations who could further add to the success of the day. Annaduff gaa: This was a vital two points won over Kiltubrid on a scoreline of 1-12 to 0-9. It was a much tighter match than the scoreline suggests. Sean McNabola and Dean Gill were in brilliant form while Thomas Flanagan saved what looked a certain goal in the 50th minute with Annaduff leading by two points at that stage. Annaduff led by 0-7 to 0-6 at half time with Sean McNabola scoring five points. Highlight of the second half was a well taken goal by Dean Gill in the 56th minute. Two wins out of two is a good start to the League with a break coming up next weekend. Annaduff were well beaten by a superior Allen Gaels by 1-18 to 0-6 in Division 3 in Drumshambo on Saturday. The Gaels led by 0-12 to 0-2 at the break. Our first half points came from a Ciaran McLoughlin free and a fine point from young Francis McNabola.
