Grattan’s GAA have sought to secure permission to add an extension to the existing clubhouse to the South and West providing a link area and a multi-purpose hall.

Shane and Emer Casey have sought permission to construct a domestic garage and fuel shed in Kenagh, and John Cooney is proposing to demolish a storey and a half house type dwelling house in Ballymahon and construct a new bungalow on the same site.

Permission is also being sought by Michelle and Bernard Conway for the demolition of a fire damaged bungalow in Newtownforbes as well the removal of a temporary dwelling. They are seeking permission to construct a new bungalow type dwelling.

Planning permission has been sought to build dwellings in Killoe and Moydow. An application for the extension in the duration of planning permission has been received in the case of a house in Newtownforbes but has been refused in the case of a dwelling in Ballinamuck.
