It was with great sadness that the local community learned of the sudden death of Elaine Brady, Lisney, Loughduff, which occurred at her residence in Cavan on Tuesday, 20th May. Elaine was a member of staff at the Crover House Hotel, Mountnugent for many years where she was held in high esteem. She will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her and especially by her loving parents, Jimmy and Nancy, brother Seamus, sister Louise, extended family and friends to whom we extend our deepest sympathy. Her remains were removed from her residence in Lisney to St Joseph’s Church, Loughduff on Friday morning and following requiem mass at 12 noon, burial took place in local cemetery. May she rest in peace.
