WEDDING BELLS - Glorious summer weather favoured the wedding in St. Mary’s Church, Drumlea on Friday April 29th of Mr. Kevin Kennedy, son of Jim and Eileen Kennedy, Donegal and Miss Bríd Lunney, daughter of Gabriel and the late Bridie Lunney, Toome.

The ceremony with Nuptial Mass and Papal Blessing was performed by Fr. Denis Murray P.P. Carrigallen-Drumreilly. The bride was given away by her father Gabriel. Her bridesmaids were Anne Gillespie and Siobhán Lunney, and the Groomsmen were Vinny and Joe Kennedy. Niamh Lenihan was the Flower Girl and the Page Boy was Finn Gillespie. The Church Music and vocals were contributed by Rita Gorby, Newtowngore and Seán Ryan, Donegal.

The reception afterwards was held in Lough Rynn Castle. Following the meal the guests enjoyed the music of Flip Side at an enjoyable Social and Disco that rounded off a memorable day. We wish Kevin and Bríd many happy years of marriage.
