Itâ€™s that time of year again and we are getting ready to raise much needed funds for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease. We are holding our annual 5K fun/run event on the 19th July in Loch Gowna at 1.30pm. Registration from 12pm in the community centre. Prizes on the day. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Water safety classes
Water safety classes will commence on Fitzpatrickâ€™s shore, Gowna on 13th July and ending on 24 July. More details next week.

Gowna ladies football club would like to wish Emma Halton and all the Cavan team and management the best of luck in the U-14 A All Ireland final on this Saturday, 4th July in Banagher, Co Offaly. Please come out and support Emma and the girls on their big day. Thanks to everyone who took part and supported the recent sponsored walk for the club.
