Visitors to our Village, who come to marriages, baptisims and funerals marvel at the originality of this little Village, unique in the midlands for it’s stone walls, flowers, fountain, bird sculptures and the beautiful Church Grounds. This all is the result of a handful of dedicated people, who look after it throughout the twelve months of the year. Their time is given freely, but the cost of materials has to be paid for. This comes from fundraising. One of the sources is a Table Quiz. This quiz takes place this Friday night, the 5 December in the Peer Inn, Lisnacusha at 9pm. Tables are €40 and there will be a raffle on the night. Do please support it. Refreshments will be served.
