I Emma Regan from Ballymorris Granard would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who made contributions to my fundraising efforts for my recent trip to South Africa in September. Global Vision International are a worldwide charitable organisation who do fantastic work in third world countries and their mission in The Stellenbosch Orphanage in Capetown is where I was based for my 17 days. My trip would not have been possible but for the wonderful generosity shown to me during my fundraising campaign and the sponsorship received. I also received wonderful support from my friends, work colleagues, local media and my family who without their support and encouragement the trip would not have been possible. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually I hope that this notice will be regarded as a token of my appreciation and to assure everyone that their contributions have helped to make a real and lasting difference to these severely disadvantaged children. I wish you all a happy holy and peaceful Christmas and a prosperous and healthy new year.
