Drumlish Area Enhancement: Car Boot Sale date is nearly upon us... we welcome any recyclable and saleable items including clothing that you no longer have use for to our Village and Area Enhancement fundraiser. Stuff can be left at the Post Office or contact Dympna at             087 9279272       or can be collected if necessary...

 

Table Quiz: In aid of Drumlish Area Enhancement will take place on Thursday 15th November in the Village Inn  - Teams of 4 -€40- please support.

 

tidy towns: Drumlish Tidy Towns continue their Saturday morning litter patrols at 10.00am – Meet opposite the Post Office, new volunteers welcome.  

St Vincent’s: The U/8 blitz continues this week on Thursday 25th October at 7.30 pm in Newtownforbes Sports Hall. Coaching continues in Drumlish and Ballinamuck national schools by our Club coaches.

Computer classes: Computer classes start on the 5th November in the Drumlish branch. Everyone is welcome, for more information contact the Drumlish library.

Irish Blood Tranfusion Service: The above will hold a clinic in St Brigid’s Community centre Loch Gowna on Wednesday the 31at October and the 1st of November from 5pm to 8.30 pm. Please note the days and clinic opening times. Please help to ensure essential blood supplies are always available. New donors welcome.

Fundraiser: A fundraiser will take place in the village Inn on Sunday the 38th of October in aid of the senior citizens party which will be held sometime in January. Music by DJ Ken. Please support this function.

Good luck: To Cashel Gaa club from all their friends in Drumlish and Ballinamuck in the final of the Celebrity Banisteoir competition. The final will take place in Parnell Park, Dublin on Friday. Throw in is at 7pm. The tickets are free. For tickets please email  gaa@animo.ie with your contact telephone number if you would like to attend. Congratulations to local club Killoe GFC on winning the county final on Sunday last.
